Todd Hasty
Wealth Advisor | Founder, Nash – Hasty Private Wealth Management
Todd Hasty didn’t set out to build a traditional wealth management firm.
He entered the industry through opportunity, at a time when the focus was largely on markets, products, and transactions. But early in his career, it became clear that something was missing. Too often, the conversation centered on investments without truly understanding the people behind them.
Over time—and through both personal and professional experiences—Todd’s perspective evolved. He began to see that financial decisions are rarely just about money. They’re about family, priorities, trade-offs, and the kind of life someone is trying to build.
That belief became the foundation for Nash – Hasty Private Wealth Management, a firm he built from the ground up over nearly three decades with a different approach in mind.
While many people initially come in with questions about their investments, Todd focuses on understanding the bigger picture first—what matters most to each client, what they’re working toward, and what a successful future actually looks like for them. From there, everything else, including the investment strategy, is built with that purpose in mind.
He takes that responsibility seriously. Every portfolio is built and managed with intention, reflecting not only market conditions, but the individual goals and circumstances behind it.
Outside the office, Todd’s priorities are simple: family.
He and his wife, Amy, have built a life centered around their children and growing family, including grandchildren who now bring a new layer of meaning to everything they do. Whether it’s traveling together, gathering for holidays, or spending one-on-one time—like the “Dude’s Days” he shares with his grandson—those are the moments that matter most.
And like many of the clients he works with, Todd understands firsthand the challenge of balancing it all. It wasn’t just his career being built—Amy has had a successful career of her own—and together they’ve navigated the same realities so many families face: busy work lives, raising a family, planning for the future, and trying to enjoy life along the way.
That perspective isn’t separate from his work. It’s the reason for it.
Because in the end, financial planning isn’t just about numbers.
It’s about helping people make the most of the time they have—
with the people who matter most.
Danielle Law
Advisor Assistant & Client Service Manager
Danielle’s path to Nash - Hasty Private Wealth Management started in an unexpected place — a conversation at the hair salon. At the time, she was working in retail sales and struggling with the reality of evenings and weekends away from her two teenage daughters. After hearing Todd was looking for an assistant, her stylist encouraged her to apply, insisting she would be a perfect fit. More than 10 years later, Danielle still feels the same thing that drew her in from the beginning: clients matter, family comes first, and relationships are at the heart of everything the firm does.
Danielle believes the best client relationships are built through trust, genuine conversation, and truly caring about people. She loves getting to know clients beyond their finances and hearing about the things that matter most to them — family, travel, hobbies, pets, milestones, and the goals they are working toward.
For Danielle, great service starts with truly listening. She wants clients to feel heard, understood, and comfortable knowing someone is there to help guide things along and follow through. Whether she is helping with an account need, answering questions, or simply taking time to chat about life, she believes relationships matter. Over the years, many clients have become more like extended family and friends — something she considers one of the most rewarding parts of her role. In fact, one longtime client jokingly refers to Danielle as her “phone best friend,” which perfectly reflects the kind of connection she hopes clients feel when they work with her.
Outside the office, family is at the center of Danielle’s life. She treasures time with her longtime partner Daniel, her daughters Hallee and Hannah, her five grandchildren, and her mom. She enjoys reading, crocheting, building Lego kits, caring for her plants, and spending time outdoors whenever she can — especially relaxing in her hammock with a good book and her two cats nearby.
Over the years, Danielle has learned that while every client’s situation is different, many of the concerns are the same. People want to know their loved ones will be okay, that retirement goals are attainable, and that they will have enough for the future while still enjoying life along the way. That shared understanding helps shape the way she approaches clients each day — with empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help make things feel a little easier and less overwhelming. Beneath her bubbly personality is someone who takes her work seriously and genuinely cares about helping clients feel supported, valued, and confident they have someone in their corner.
Lisa Kesse
Client Records & Operations Manager
Lisa joined Nash–Hasty Private Wealth Management after relocating from Indiana to Illinois, bringing with her a background in sales and customer service. She didn’t set out to work in the financial industry, but she’s always believed in a simple idea—bloom where you’re planted. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, she knew she could grow wherever she landed.
After meeting Todd, she quickly felt that Nash–Hasty was the right fit. The genuine care for clients, the focus on doing things the right way, and the family-first culture all stood out right away. As a wife and mom of two school-aged kids, that mattered. It still does. Today, she takes pride in being part of a team that truly puts people first.
In her role, Lisa enjoys making things run smoother and more reliably for both clients and the team. She’s someone who values follow-through—if she says she’s going to take care of something, she will. Whether it’s a form, a document, or simply making sure nothing falls through the cracks, she finds real satisfaction in helping take things off people’s plates and making life a little easier.
Through her work, Lisa has come to appreciate that while every situation looks different on the surface, many of the same thoughts and concerns come up again and again. She relates closely to the experiences many clients are working through—saving for her children’s future, thinking long-term about retirement, and learning to stay steady through life’s inevitable ups and downs.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time on the things that recharge her—reading, hiking, and traveling, especially as her family works toward visiting as many national parks together as possible. She values having things on the calendar to look forward to, whether it’s a big trip or a simple weekend away. She also enjoys her vegetable garden, cooking, and getting outside for walks with her dog. A favorite part of her routine is starting the day early with a quiet cup of coffee before everything gets moving.
Lisa hopes clients feel supported and confident every time they interact with her. If there’s one thing she wants to be known for, it’s simple—she’s reliable, she follows through, and she’s here to help.
